I used Alliance Reconstruction to remodel a home using a rehab loan product (FHA203k). Jack, the business owner, was quick to respond back to my inquiry, and from there on out, was a quick communicator, and very responsive from initial inspections to final inspections. We closed on our home on a Friday, and the following Monday got to work! The demo was done in one day - He and his guys were clean and left no rubbish behind. I initially thought the rehab would have been at least 2 months worth of work, but his workers Chaz and Dez, were quick paced and completed the work in just under one month. Alliance completed my composite siding install, TPO flat roof, and standing seam metal accent roofing. They did an awesome job on a difficult home. Professional, competitive pricing, and quality work. Highly recommend!
Alliance Reconstruction was recommended by a Structural Engineer I hired at the suggestion of our former realtor. I am delighted by their work.Jack gave me a fair and reasonable estimate for removing a drop ceiling, installing 10 sistered floor joists, heat vents, canister lights, drywall to the ceiling, door casing, and painting one cedar-panneled room, hallway and stairwell.The work is impeccable. Pat, Alex and Dominic gave great attention to details. All of these men are very skilled, polite, respectful and friendly.I heartily recommend Jack and his team.
