Their compassion and care towards their employees is unmatched, they are loyal to their workers. Tammy makes it very easy to talk to her, loved her very much.
Some agencies don't allow you to be employed to care for a family member but Aaron's does. I quit work to stay at home and care for my mom. I didn't want to put her in a nursing home. They helped me set up my hours to care for her and worked with me when I didn't have a phone to clock in and out of work. The staff is very friendly and really cares for there employees when there is a problem in helping them work out the issue at hand.
I felt defeated by my last position and even thought of getting out of nursing I knew I didn’t want to be in management anymore until I went to Aaron’s for the interview. I felt so welcomed and they appreciated my experience and loyalty to the places I have been. They convinced me to become their DON. Best decision ever! Finally I found a place that will listen, have my back and let me do the things I love to do for the staff. I am so glad I came here.
