I highly recommend Sferra Waterproofing. From start to finish, they made easy what felt as if it was going to be a daunting process. There was no hard sales pitch (as I'd found with other companies); I was given time to think about the information that was presented to me. My first phone call was answered immediately, as was every phone call, email, and question I had thereafter. Sferra didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need (which, according to other companies, would have more than doubled the cost of the project). This family run business is great. Courteous, clean and worked hard. My basement went from a river to dry as bone. Did exactly what was discussed and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.
They did a great job putting in a new sump pump, and leveled my uneven basement flooring to where water would drain and not sit. Worth it 👌
