Clean and calming environment and Ned’s skill and talent. I have felt better after a deep muscle message than I ever thought was possible. Ned also takes the time to teach and advise.
I injured my hip in Pilates so badly that I couldn’t sit or sleep on my left side. One session with Ned and I felt like a new person, fully mobile again! I am able to sit and sleep without pain! Ned is absolutely the best!
