Best experience ever! Had lips and fillers around my lips done. Everyone was very professional and explained what they were doing before they completed the procedure. Would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends!

Since this review and with me not giving up about my situation, Ideal Image finally contacted me and agreed to refund the amount of money that the over quoted me. It took me a year and the lady who called was very nice and said they were sorry and that they had changed the policy. I was happy with my treatments and the staff.

It was a new experience for me, but everyone on the staff was extremely nice. They made me feel very comfortable, especially Erica. She was very professional. It was like I knew her all along , not like just meeting her. She explained what was going to happen even when she told me it would be a little pain, but because she warned me, I knew what to expect and it really wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Erica gave me instructions on how to take care of my face and I have no scarring or bruising I’m Thankful for the staff at Ideal image
