They were able to respond the same day to a clogged main drain. Problem was resolved quickly when other companies did not resolve the problem. Excellent service and reasonably priced!
I've had Falls Sewer and Drain out 3x to fix various plumbing issues. The last time was to install a new outdoor spigot. I cannot say enough about how great their service is! The price estimate I got was actually double what I was actually charged. He LOWERED the price. When does THAT happen?! Their service is professional, friendly and skilled. I believe the guy who came out was named Adam, I could be wrong, but either way he was on time and honest with us about price and our plumbing problems.
No high pressure sales crap or trying to convince us we needed mode done. Just straight forward professional service. I highly recommend Falls Sewer and Drain.
