“I called about cleaning mold on a pipe in our basement. They put Jesse, who is their service chief, on the phone, and he asked me to text him photos of the pipe. He said he was concerned that maybe we didn't need him to come out, and he would prefer not to have to charge us their service call fee. I texted Jesse my photos, and he called me back and told us how to clean it ourselves. We did that, and it was easy and worked well. Jesse didn't charge us. I am grateful. Jesse was caring and professional, and I will keep SERVPRO as a contact in case we need their service in the future.“
