As a repeat costumer I will always choose this location for my glasses. Thomas went out of his way to make sure I got the exact new glasses I wanted with the best deal, I appreciated it so much. Looking forward to coming to pick them up.
Brought my dad here for his yearly exam and we both were blown away at the way we were treated this week. Hands down best customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we picked out glasses for my dad with Thomas. This location is handicap accessible and the employees took their time out to access my dad’s needs since he is now handicap. I can’t say thank you enough!
I had a little accident at Cedar Point and my glasses were flattened. The next day I went to America's Best to buy a new frame and Jen said we can fix these. And she did, my glasses are perfectly fine and straightened up. She even put on new nose guards. Highly recommend America's Best, they'll take care of you there..
