Made an appointment to get my car detailed for Christmas, and left some personal items in the car. They called to say they couldn’t detail it with personal items left in it.I called to say I wasn’t aware of the policy and he told me he didn’t believe me and hung up on me. I tried to call back and tell him I was at the dr and I’d be back to get my car at noon, but he told me to get it together and hung up on me again.He said he was the owner, I’m not sure of his name, but hanging up on customers isn’t great customer service.

Husband made an appointment to get my car detailed for Christmas. Took the car in there and got a call saying they couldn't do it because there were still a few personal items in it. Which is fine, I understand. So I called to try to tell him that I would be back around noon to pick up my car. And that I wasn't aware of the policy and he hung up on me. So I called back to try to explain again and he told me to get it together and hung up on me again! I was willing to own up to mistakes I may have made, but hanging up on customers as a business owner is unacceptable.
