The owner and employees were super professional and efficient. The sanding process they use made it so they were able to remove pretty bad wear and scratches in my floor. Made it look like newly installed wood.
When it came to the finishing process, we were pretty picky about our color, but they went above and beyond to make it how we wanted. Once the original color I picked was put down, I wanted it a little darker and the owner had no problem trying to mix up other colors and even laid samples down on my floor for me to visualize.

Larry came and refinished my hardwood floors and the only better thing better than the pricing was the quality of his work. I would strongly recommend that you call Pro-One if you have hardwood floors in your home that need redone
