My kitten, Simone, had a serious jaw injury, and it was such a scary situation for me. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Artello and his staff were kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ran tests, and did absolutely everything he could to try to help her. Even when it became clear that her jaw couldn’t be fully fixed, he didn’t give up on her — he made sure she was comfortable, able to eat, and that I understood how to care for her going forward.

Conneaut Creek Veterinary Clinic has always been so good to us. My boy Draco has always loved his time to go see them with the multiple health issues he has he's been there quite a bit and not a single time have we had a bad experience and i always have to force him out the door because he never wants to leave lol. Stacia is always so friendly over the phone and i just have to say my name and she knows it’s about Draco before mentioning him! Dr. Sean Artello has been absolutely phenomenal every time.
