“I've been a patient there for over 10 years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a problem with that office or anyone there. Everyone is so helpful, encouraging and honestly cares about my dental health....yes I said health. A dentist and and dental appointments are just as important as any medical doctors. I recently read a review about that office that was horribly wrong and the person who wrote it sounds like a miserable person and probably a difficult person and patient. If they were that unhappy, they should have went somewhere else years ago but they've been a patient for 20 years??? Too much miserable time on their hands. The dentists at that office do so much for our community and donate so much of their personal time to the community, to say are making a profit and money off everyone is absurd! Its a business. And I'm sure they've worked hard and earned that business as it should be. I recommend Chardon Smile Center to everyone!!!“

“As a child, when I had a tooth ache, I had to ride my biscycle over to the town where the dentist was. It wasnt very far, maybe 2 miles. But i was always so scared. The dentist had Parkinsons disease and he would shake while working on your teeth. Then he retired and a new one came in. That one said „if it hurts raise your hand and I will stop“ so when it hurt i raised my hand but he would just keep going. This was before they used to numb you. For many years i was terrified of the dentist and i never went until i was devastated and in pain.I love my dentist that i found several years back. Im still scared but i talk myself into being calm. If i feel the slightest pain, they take care of it. And im so greatful that i can actually go and get my teeth taking care of. They have screens where you can watch netflix if you choose to. I came to doctor bailey with tons of cavities, fillings done by previous dentists that prevented flossing, and pretty bad sensitivity. since coming to doctor Bailey, this has all been corrected and I'm a lot more at ease coming to get work done on my teeth.“

“SO much better than the Euclid location. Friendly, welcoming, the place was CLEAN. So much better experience I actually asked to transfer to mentor location. The lady who did my deep cleaning ( name is Jessica) was amazing!!!!!!! She explained every step to me( something Euclid location never did ) and how this would help in the long run. She was not interrupted by coworkers like Euclid was, and she didn’t sit and talk to coworkers like everyone at. When Euclid has a patient, they don’t pay attention to the patient as they are too busy talking to their coworkers“
