Power steering went out on my way home from work (on a Monday night ?). The dispatcher was super friendly, the price was right and my car arrived at the repair shop in a timely manner!
My car died at an intersection, and I contacted my insurance company's roadside assistance. I was told a tow truck would be there in 60 to 90 minutes. After 90 minutes in 8-degree weather, i called the tow company number to only get a non working voice mail 5 different times over a 30-minute span. I called Woodys, and they had a tow truck to me in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them! Very nice dispatcher and driver, Thank you so very much for your great service.
My car died and when I called Woody's they answered right away. Dispatch was very polite and helpful. Driver called me as soon as he was on his way and was very nice. Thanks for the help!
