My dog and I saw Dr Duffus just over the past year for my 12.5-13.5 year old dog. Unfortunately she saw him in a period of declining health as he developed kidney issues and ultimately earlier this week kidney failure. I believe my dog and I were in very good hands. Dr Duffus and her office staff have wonderful bedside manner. They are very welcoming and you can tell they all truly care for their patients and their humans. The office is extremely easy to deal with. The doctor has a lot of experience and carries a wonderful confidence about herself but she’s also not afraid to double check herself either. Dr. Duffus has been wonderful. She has taken the best care of our fur babies. The entire staff at Whitehall Animal Hospital has been professional, respectful and always helpful. They treat your pet like it's their own.
