I went in, Ben greeted me, and my glasses were falling off my face! I asked if he could tighten them, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND! he tightened them, and cleaned them! He also gave me a mini spray/cloth! *I DID NOT BUY THE GLASSES THERE! Thanks for being SO kind to everyone:)
An arm on my daisy glasses came off. Simone was fantastic in helping me replace the frame after she tried her hardest to get the screws by in. She was unable to get them in and swapped out my lenses and put them in new frames and adjusted them perfectly! The best customer service I’ve ever received! She was kind, personable and I didn’t see an ounce of frustration in her while trying to get those tiny screws lined up! She had way more patience than I ever did! Ask for Simone when you go in!!!
