I came to get my glasses fixed and there was only two people working... AND THEY WERE HELPING THE SAME PERSON? then another 5 minutes pass they still haven't asked me what I needed and i'm trying on glasses tryna pass time. i been in here for like 30 minutes and they finally go "do you got a pickup or something?" i say "no i just wanted to get my glasses fixed" and they walked away like wtfff anywho, im still waiting soooo

Worst customer service. Waited 2 months for my trial lenses and they were the wrong ones. No communication to tell me anything was unavailable. Asked for my money back and was escorted out by the pigs they have in there. Doctor is an incompetent joke.

Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I called to be seen urgently due to a corneal injury and was told “no” since the schedule was full. Refusal to fit me in. Told to go somewhere else. When I pushed back since urgent care would refer me back to my eye doctor was told I can come but no guarantee I’d get to see the doc. After going elsewhere and being told I have a corneal injury and need to see my doc in 24-48 hours I called and it rang until someone picked up and hung up the phone without saying hello. I continued to call for 45 minutes until someone finally answered and the same rude staff member told me there are no appts until over 1 week out. When... read full review
