Ryan helped me immediately! He replaced a missing nose pad, then adjusted my glasses. My glasses are so much more comfortable now. He deserves a raise! Thank you so much for your prompt help snd superb service.
I also would like to thank Ryan’s colleague who was working with him yesterday afternoon. She was quick to lend an hand and found the correct nose pad for my glasses, which was a non-standard size. And Charlie, who assisted me on another visit, was absolutely wonderful, too. The staff and service are truly outstanding!
