We had retaining walls and steps installed two years ago by Two Brothers Brick Paving. Initially we were very impressed with the work and actually highly recommended the company to many friends. In the last year our stairs have become very unstable and sinking. Despite having sent a few emails to the company and voicemail left directly to Mark, no one has contacted us to resolve the issue. Therefore very poor customer service and I cannot recommend at this time.

If zero stars were an option, that is where Two Brothers Brick Paving actually rates based on our collective experience and the owner/Mark Rhodus' overall professionalism. This was the absolute worst experience that we have had with any service provider and/or goods supplier. After presenting designs and accepting our 25% down payment, Mark Rhodus disappeared and left our entire project to 2 men ill-equipped in project management. As a result, our original plans were not followed to spec, leading to a multitude of errors and a project that not only ran over budget but was more than 12 weeks beyond our contractually projected end date. Poor workmanship done by company and severe issues are resulting. They have promised in writing to come back and remediate the issues and now the sell of my home is in jeopardy because it failed an inspection. I spent almost $30,000 on a brick patio that has seen nothing but issues with walls leaning, stairs failing apart, and according to an inspector, has become a safety issue. His company came out earlier in the summer in which their own employees said it was built poorly. They promised to come back in August to complete and we are now in October. They have failed to call me once and have only communicated through email despite leaving messages, voicemails and text... read full review
