Total pro plumbing came out after Sears home appliance repair botched/made my situation worse on my air conditioning unit to work on my drain line.
Jamie was incredibly professional and to be honest the first attempt at the repair didn’t go as planned.
We didn’t know The repair didn’t go as well until later after the system had been operating. I called total pro plumbing Friday After closing and I was blown away and surprised that Jamie called me within 20 minutes and made arrangements to come out and fix the issue.

My home warranty (Cinch) selected Total Pro Plumbing (TPP) for my water heater replacement claim.
The total pro rep, Jamie, came out within 24 hrs of my claim being processed, looked at my 20-year old water heater and suggested a full replacement. My home warranty covered the cost of the new electric Rheem Water Heater, but services were out of pocket. The total quoted to me by Total Pro Plumbing was $500.00 in labor + $250.00 for tank disposal and +$50.00 for a new drain pan. I spoke with TPP and told them I would dispose of the tank myself and didn't need the drain pan.
