Called to schedule technical support here in Columbus, but they are not local or at least don't have local techs, only remote.Edit after a year and Owners reply: no, we don’t have a service ticket or similar, because we didn’t have your techs out, as you only offered remote support. This listing has the feeling of some company fabricating a ‘local’ service with an address but no real presence, like those locksmiths or HVAC companies that just hoover up leads and resell to third parties. I’ve no firm sense of that, but that was my impression from calling this company for technical support on some hardware issues was to steer clear.

Not local, not helpful at all. Would not recommend - called to ask for help, got lousy advice and bad customer service.
