Very kind young man. It did help me. Not sure why Reiki in Ohio is so different. Both practitioners (one from Chakra Balance ) stand at the head and do not perform front and back Reiki. I call this lazy Reiki as it robs the recipient of the full experience of feeling the energy and shifts. The Chakra Balance practitioner grounded me without my knowledge after I specifically requested no grounding. . She told me she did after. I am working on heart and third eye for an OBE. I have been a Reiki practitioner, hypnotherapist, and studied master shamanic class xx3 years. I have come to believe there is no need to rehash past traumas. The reiki center in columbus, OH is kind and can answer remote pleas for help from their patrons. Their treatments are amazing, even improving brain function. Their words also provide social and emotional support.
