Rose, the owner, was terrific. The repairs were made far quicker than expected and they were done perfectly. When I picked them up, Rose and I had a very nice conversation. She is such a warm and friendly person.

I mistakenly threw out the only bulb I had for a very special lamp, so I didn't know what kind of replacement to buy. Rose identified the right bulb in minutes! Her charming shop is crowded with lamp bases and shades and lovingly decorated with family photos. I recommend her unreservedly.
