Dr. Anderson is the best! I always leave feeling so much better than when I enter. He always takes the time to ensure my needs are taken care of. I have been to numerous chiropractors over the years that make you feel like a number. They would just put you through the motions and send you on your way. Not the case with Dr. Anderson. I travel all over the Columbus area but always make it a point to stop at the Polaris location to see him.
All of the other staff is of the same caliber, also! Always greeted with a smile and they are eager to answer my questions and concerns.
Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Dr Anderson was amazing I have been to other chiropractors and felt like I wasn’t heard I really appreciate the time he took with me today. On another note I can’t imagine a nicer person at the front desk! The adjustment was great and the follow up plan is manageable and affordable!! Thank you so much

I went to The Joint’s Polaris location for the first time yesterday in an effort to relieve the severe pain I have been experiencing in my hips. Here are the key takeaways from my experience:
1. Lindsey, the front desk associate who got me checked in, not only explained how everything worked but also showed care and empathy for the pain I’ve been experiencing. She asked pertinent questions that allowed her to give the doctor some more insight into why I came in.
