Bob has been doing my hair for years and I' be always been pleased. I' m a bit adventurous so when I want to do something out of the norm, Bob listens, explains how it works, makes his own suggestions. But always does what I want in the end.

Bob's been cutting my hair for nearly 30 years. He listens to what I want to do, and sometimes he says, "that's nice, dear, but your hair won't do that..." (unless I want to spend a lot of time with a straightening iron, which he knows I don't.) I absolutely trust his judgment, to the point where yesterday when I went in, he said, "I saw a cut on someone the other day and I think it would be perfect with your hair," and I said, "sure, go for it."
