I recently tried out this dry cleaner because my office moved nearby, and I had a disappointing experience. I was overcharged on an order that I explicitly asked the attendant to process as laundry, not dry cleaning. These were just Kohl’s shirts, nothing high-end. When I picked up my order and tried to explain the situation, I was met with attitude. There are much better dry cleaners in town, and I will continue going to the one on Bethel that has provided great service for years, even though it is no longer convenient to my office. Brought in 2 king comforters on 7/11/23 and they told me it would be ready 8/8/23. I ended up getting one of the comforters by then, but the other one they were unable to locate. Throwing out reasons like "oh it must be at another warehouse." And then they tell me they will call me back by end of week, but they never did. In fact, I reached out to them 3 times afterwards in the following 3 weeks and each time they said they would get back to me and never did. Warning: Don't Prepay with these people! Lesson learned. Avoid

I am giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. Would not tell my worst enemy to go here. Last two times the service has been terrible and I will never be back. Shirt was over 4 days late. Said it would be in today, a Saturday. I go and it’s 1030 and nobody is there! Even though the sign I. The window says SAT 9-3. I am telling you do not go to this place, TERRIBLE. Truly do not know how they still get business, they will never be gettin mine again.
