Spotless and Shining was quick to respond to my request and had next-day availability, which I really appreciated. In general, they did a decent job of cleaning, but they completely missed cleaning the showers and mirrors in the two bathrooms of my house. They also left my lockbox open, with the key inside and the code showing, which is a huge security risk. They did not respond to my messages informing them of these issues.

Amber was extremely professional. I love her drive and "why" for her business. It's clear she takes her work seriously and is willing to do her part to ensure customer satisfaction. I needed to reschedule last minute and she accommodated my request without issue. Very responsive.
