Shana was very responsive when I was trying to get my hair braided, she scheduled me and I needed to reschedule she was very passive about rescheduling and getting me in which I truly appreciated. During my appointment you talk me through the process of the products she was using on my hair I ABSOLUTELY love that her heart is pure and she has me as a client forever as long as she loves what she does she is stuck with me. I reached out to Shana to help me with my niece’s hair. After talking with her on the phone about a plan and watching her do her magic I am so impressed. She taught me a lot too during my niece’s appointment. She has such a great personality and energy. You can tell she loves what she does!
