I had a problem getting enough air to the second floor of a cape cod style house. I initially was looking at putting in a ductless mini-split, but Matt Haller was able to explain to me why that wasn’t the best option and instead redid all of the ductwork in the house. Now the whole house has much better air flow. His solution ended up costing less than my original idea and will be much better and easier to maintain in the long term. His communication and expertise was very great the entire process and I would highly recommend him!

Needed A/C repair during a surprisingly brutally-hot period in the early summer and Salmon's did not disappoint. My 20+ year old A/C unit was having an issue for the first time in my 10th summer at this house. Called Salmon's and a tech was able to come over on the SAME DAY. He was quickly able to diagnose and repair the issue (blown capacitor). Best part of all was that he charged a favorable rate and did not try to sell me anything additional (service package, new unit, etc) like I have heard horror stories about from other companies. Highly satisfied customer and highly recommended service!

They were wonderful. I called them twice. First time for a quote for them to clean my unit. At that time, the wonderful technician told me it would be $100 but that I could easily do it to save on that cost. He then proceeded to give me instructions through the phone so I could clean my AC unit. Second time we called because the AC stopped working. The company my home warranty sent damaged my AC unit more than it already was at that time and denied my claim saying there was a leak. The guys from Salmons Heating & Cooling came the next day from when we called to take a look at it. They were here & thoroughly inspected it for leaks. No leaks. Today they came & fixed the unit. It's working great. They gave us tips to keep it working great and they were very efficient. Compared to other companies, they gave a fair price, knowledgeable, patient & they don't try to upsell things you don't need. Can't praise them enough.
