I live in Marble Cliff and they said I was outside their service area. They list on their website that they serve Columbus. Just plain rude if you ask me.
I wanted to install a new Field Stone walkway and paver patio so I did some research on Westerville hardscape businesses and got some good reviews on Russell so I called for a quote. Russell came out and I discussed what I wanted to do and he said he would put together a quote, email it to me and schedule a time in a week or so to view paver samples. So fast forward almost a month later, several phone calls and so far Russell hasn't even the courtesy to return my calls. This project will be a lot of labor as access to the area is restricted due to my fence and not being able to bring in a bobcat which would make it far easier to get the job done BUT Russell can't... read full review
I contacted Russell Landscape Services to get a quote on taking a tree down. They were very quick to respond and were thorough in explaining the process. Within 3 days they had someone out to our house to access. The next day I received an email with the price and explanation of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the cost was out of our range as it's a 60 ft tree and we had NO idea what it costs to take down. I received an email back with a referral from Russell himself of another company that might be cheaper but still quality. This is huge.
