“We had K.D. Yoder remove old Masonite siding from our house and install new vinyl siding--along with OSB and house wrap. They were great to work with, and we cannot recommend them enough. From the first visit, to the final follow-ups to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction, they were great to work with.

Ken, who we worked with on the project, deserves a special shout out. We care a lot about the appearance of our house, and the quality of work that is done, and Ken was patient as we worked through all our options, asked him the same questions over and over again, and changed our minds more than once. Although I'm sure that we caused him plenty of headache, he never once let on that it was the case.

The quality of work was also top notch. The crews that did the removal of the existing siding, and the installation of the new siding were both great. They worked incredibly hard, and through a heatwave at that.

Finally, almost any job is going to have a few things that need to be touched up when all is said and done. Ken and the team worked with us to make sure everything we identified after the fact was taken care of.

“I’m very satisfied with Allied Roofing for a roof repair. First thing is the quick response and professionalism in collecting information. My estimate was done within days. Being a woman and not having any knowledge of the task, everything was explained to my understanding. The job was scheduled and all went well. The repairman was on time and polite. “After getting many quotes from other companies for new seamless gutters I decided to use Supreme. They were fast and thorough with the install. When I did have a concern with a small part of the workmanship, they were out within the next hour to resolve.The new gutters look great other than a relatively noticeable slope (Possibly due to my fascia board being a different color than the gutter), but will hopefully resolve the ponding I was having close to my foundation due to the 20 year old system. I will be sure to update after the first heavy rain next year.The only concern I had with the entire transaction was the setup of the time of work and payment. During the period of accepting the estimate the response times at one point extended past a full 24 hours. “Franklin Renovation replaced our roof a few weeks ago, and we are very happy with the results. Nick came over the initial consultation, and spent over an hour going over the parts of a roof, how it gets replaced, Franklin Renovations process, and what differentiates them as a company. I really appreciated him providing such a detailed explanation. Once we signed a contract, I received a call in the next few days to schedule our roof replacement. Surprisingly, they were able to start as soon as the following day! The crew was able to replace our roof in a single day, and did a great job cleaning up after. The final result looks great!“

“We have an old flipped home (built 1900) with a slate roof that needed replaced. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable with every stage of the process. Initially, we had to choose what color/blend we wanted for the roof. Jason showed us all our options and even allowed us to take home swatches of our favorites, so we could place them against our home and better visualize what we ultimately chose. Once work began, Jason and his crew were very efficient, precise and unbelievably dedicated. I

“Entire job was handled in efficient and professional way. ROOFKING representative Kozmo Krueger coordinated the entire project with HARTFORD Ins. He also inspected the roof and surrounding areas for damage and supported our claim with pictures. This enabled the adjuster from HARTFORD to approve the claim and move the project on without delay. Because of Mr. Kruegers good work we were able to replace not only our roof but also all gutters and downspouts. The crew worked quickly and did a great job of clean up when they finished. “Had JF Baker's Sons Roofing out today for a quote. I wanted them to check the roof of my parents' home that I recently inherited to make sure there were no issues with the roof that I was not aware of. The current roof was put on in (I think) around 2008 and I was afraid that it might even need a new roof. The person who came out (I'm bad with names and can't remember his name) got up on the roof and took pictures and looked it over and told me it actually looked pretty good - that there were probably several years more life in those shingles. I was very impressed by his honesty and will definitely be calling them if any issues do arise in the future.
