Had a great experience with this Rite Rug. First purchased carpet for the living room 20 years ago, and went back in August to get an upgrade now that pets and kids are gone. They were helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The installer was on-time, professional, and did a great job with some tricky corners and HVAC / electrical outlets in our 107 year-old house. The new carpet looks great!

From the start, Jim Boals was very professional with his presentation and provided a lot of details regarding how our new carpet would be installed, and answered all of our questions. Freddie and crew were very friendly and did a great job with the installation. We will definitely use RiteRug again for our next project.

Our salesperson Nicole DesMarais was very helpful and patient as we picked out our flooring. She always respinded to my text messages in a timely manner. The floor installers were awesome and did a beautiful job!! I was amazed at how quickly the floors went down. I would recommend Rite Rug.
