Everyone from Quality we dealt with, from receptionist and estimator to the actual lead installers and assistants are kind, straightforward professionals.
We had 2 complete furnace and AC systems installed in our house, which required a full day with the team to be outside, in the basement, in the attic and in some rooms to replace thermostats as well. Unlike experiences having some other companies work in our home, we immediately felt comfortable with them, and also greatly appreciate their quiet, calm, not 'rushing through things' demeanor.

Couldn't be happier with these guys.
Process started with Ryan who came out to give the estimate. If he gets paid on commission, it doesn't show. Zero pushy salesmanship, seemed like he was only here to give me expert info and a price.
When it came time for the install, Lidio and Evan did a great job. They were respectful of the house, professional, and did a great job.

I have had the best experience with Quality Air! Technician Matt Pyles did an outstanding job figuring out what was malfunctioning and making the repairs. His excellent skills, honesty and professionalism cannot be compared.
He saved me from having to buy a new unit!
He found a wire that was cut in my basement by another heating and air company, fixed the motor on my unit and made sure everything was working perfectly.
It makes me incredibly happy to know that I can call them and not worry about if I’m getting taken advantage of.
