Plumbing & Drain Professionals (Rodney) HIGHLY recommend! He diagnosed the issue (a clog in my floor drain), resolved it and it cost me under $300 (was previously quoted almost $10K from one company and $1200 from another). He even stuck around awhile to be sure the water backup didn’t reoccur. I am back in business and super grateful for HONEST and FAIR work!
Turns out I had a very simply problem and Cody figured it out quickly. This is my first experience with this Plumber. I will definitely call them again. I've dealt with a range of other plumbers and this is definitely one of my better interactions.
I had a water line leak between my house and the street. The guys were all polite and respectful. They definitely knew what they were doing and kept me informed on what was going on. The water was turned back on as soon as possible. They went the extra step of saving my tree, which had to be removed to access the water line. It was the best experience I could have hoped for in a situation you never want to be in. I would highly recommend this company and crew.
