“Tasana was awesome with our Sadie. Sadie's first year of life was spent in a cage 24/7, so Tasana had to teach her everything. Sadie stayed for 2 months because she decided to be hard headed like her Dad, and not listen to her trainer. When we got Sadie back. You couldn't ask for a better dog. She wasn't scared of men anymore and she loves kids and old people. My 89 year old neighbor sits outside and pets her, if Sadie had her way, she would be petted 24/7. I tried to get Tasana to take the husband...didn't work & i don't have enough money for that training.... Thank you Tasana and family for the best not so little dog ever. All she wants is love from everyone and doesn't know a stranger. I can't thank you enough for making my girl a beautiful princess. “I originally got the fence for my 1yr old hound mix and the level of service and training was far beyond anything I ever expected. I thought we would have them put in the wire and that was it not even close. They came out every week and stepped up the fence and the training as we went along. The whole process was seamless and my pup did great!Fast forward a year and we had another pup ready to learn. So we called Chip and signed up our Golden. Same care and patience was given and in no time he was trained on the fence.Anytime we have an issue or a concern they call us back quickly and if there are any issues with the fence they come out regardless of the day or time. I give them 100% for being a great local business.Forget Invisible Fence CO, heard horrible things, you need PetStop and you need Chip and Sandy.“

“My puppies evaluation went well. He's enrolled in puppy ? school! They give you a report card to tell you what he did and didn't do so combined with the puppy cams you feel a part of his learning experience. A couple downsides though: on their website, there is no puppy school package and nothing that tells you if you buy the standard package and you have a puppy then he's automatically enrolled. Also the cameras have angles that are not good and have many BIG blindspots. They only schedule tours during narrow hours which I work so one is usually not available.“

“We bring our girl Adele to Pet Palace for her grooming. Angelina does a beautiful job on our Goldendoodle and she loves the treatment she receives.“

“We just started taking our golden retriever here a few weeks ago for daycare on the 2/week wellness plan and have had great experiences so far. He loves it and always excited to arrive and come homes pooped. They have a wonderful customer service team at the front desk , very welcoming, friendly and convenient for drop off. We tried out grooming with Heather today too and she did an amazing job (and I can be quite picky when it comes to his haircuts!) and she was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He will definitely be returning in the future for grooming services now too. Thank you!“
