Only giving 2 stars because Dr Cassandra performed well on the surgery. But trying to get the office folks to work with you after the fact is an abysmal failure. Getting someone to provide medical records for insurance or disability requirements is like pulling teeth. I'm so furious I don't even want to waste my time explaining their lack of concern for a patient's need here, because they surely won't even spend this much getting back with me.

It does not matter--it will never matter which office location you go to for clinic visits or physical rehab. Each and every location is staffed with clinical professionals that have the experience, dedication, and support that is necessary to bring you to the utmost Orthopedic health.Within the practice, which keeps growing to meet the needs of such a large metropolitan area with increasing population growth, all Physicians are Orthopedic Specialists within the realm of specific body parts. I have now had multiple extremely complicated Orthopedic surgeries on several body parts including the right ankle, the right knee oh, the left knee, and wound care. When I say right knee I'm saying total tears of the ACL, MCL, meniscus and a patella that had to be found. When I say right ankle it was a total ankle reconstruction after ignoring the needs for surgery when I broke the ankle.DOCTORS Rod Comisar, Nick Cheney, Ralph Napolitano, physical therapy professionals, and CNP's have been my chosen partners to help me achieve dramatically improved Orthopedic health.Because this orthopedic practice is so large their support staff must be and is among the highest quality professional employees that you could ever imagine. These are the folks that you see on the front lines at registration desks, as professional assistants with the Physicians, these are the billing experts and behind-the-scenes professionals that you may never interact with or you might and when you do you will be thrilled that they are so committed to you their customer.I am extremely thankful for OrthoNeuro Urgent Care Services that are available at several of their Clinic locations after regular clinic hours have ended.orthoneuro.comMedical Care is no different, or should be no different oh, then you making a choice and what to wear each morning when you get out of bed. You must choose the best for you based on whatever those factors are that you hold dear. Dr Todd was absolutely amazing .. saved my spine & got me up and moving again Dr Cannone did both shoulders ~ he did an amazing job I've also had two wrist surgeries there And a huge syringomyelia shunt placed by Dr Dixon No complaints
