This location is one of the cleanest and fastest I know! Not to mention the nurses are very educated and listen very well to all needs/corcerns. I have been here before in the past and came here again today for a medical concern and had the same wonderful care/experience! It is nice to know I can always rely on this location when needed quick care. Thank you !

My daughter and her son were extremely sick and were seen in the New Albany Urgent Care on Hamilton Rd. They were treated for strep, double ear infections and Influenza A. The personnel and Doctors were extremely kind and professional. Later that evening, there was a problem with my grandson's medication. We had 10 min. before the pharmacy closed. My phone call was answered immediately. The receptionist actually remembered my daughter/grandson and the Dr. called the pharmacy in time for us to get a new Rx filled prior to closing. I've worked in the medical field for 20+ years--- I was very impressed!
