We purchased a 42 inch 22 ft.³ Ohio steel lawn sweeper from Home Depot. When we attempted to assemble it we could not get the frame to properly fit in the sweeper bag no matter how hard we tried. We assembled, disassembled and assembled again. We reviewed the instructions again. We “YouTubed” it and still it wouldn’t fit.I telephoned Ohio steel customer service and they were wonderful. Apparently there were some 18 ft.³ bags inadvertently packaged with the 22 ft.³ frame. They immediately shipped me the proper bag and the assembly was easy. I would definitely recommend this company. This is a high-quality product.

Great company to work for and great products and services. I use their lawn and garden tractor attachments and they are well made. I see their name on structural steel all over the city.

I described my predicament to them thru an e-mail and they responded very quickly Their in house inventory show a zero on-hand for the item I needed, which was a Hopper Bag for my lawn sweeper.Very shortly I received a call and that person had my item and got it shipped out PDQ.I great to see exceptional customer service isn't a thing of the past.
