I would give them five stars if the hours posted here were correct. My husband and I have been cutting down all the old and dying shrubs and trees on our property this weekend. We took three loads to Ohio Mulch to drop it all off. Sadly the last trip was a fail as they were closed. It was 5:30. Hours posted: open til 7:00Its free to dump tree and shrub trunks and branches but there is a fee for dumping sod and things with lots of dirt.They have a great unloading area and often have a few guys back there to help unload the vehicles dumping.

So I ordered mulch and gravel from Ohio Mulch they had a special free delivery on any order over $200. Very good deal I have used them before had no problems but being a day late with the delivery but that is kind of normal these days no big deal. I got delivery on Tuesday 08/30 the bag mulch was easy to put out no problem then I go to the bagged gravel pallet and find out they sent me a "super sack" of gravel instead of bags. Well I sent them a email telling them my problem they wrote back that they had called me and I had approved the substitution . I'm pleased with the 1cu ft bagged triple processed "natural brown" mulch. This size bag is easy to manage, especially with a big job like mine! We had a small snafu with the delivery date (the website allowed me to select it for the next day, which isn't a viable option in reality). I bought 250 bags during this item's 50% off sale ($1 a bag). For great mulch for your fall touchups, this is a great product!
