Everyone is wonderful here! My 3 dogs likes everyone there. It is easy to make an appointment.The veterinarins are wonderful! Dr Jay & Dr. Nikki take the time to explain everything when your pet is not feeling their best. If your pet needs surgery, they will let you know if it is something they can do there or give you a referral.
I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong.

Everyone there was absolutely amazing. Very friendly. They took me right in. My dog has a skin infection and got me in the same day I called. They checked him out. Came back with a couple options to help him put and let me choose which treatments I want to do. No pressure. Im back home. Gave my fur baby his antibiotics and other meds. He is now relaxed. No stress. Feeling like he used to. Im so happy. Its only the beginning and I know it will take time for him to heal. But I can tell already, they got him the right meds to help my boy out. Update: My Zoey had to be put down. I was treated with compassion and understanding by every staff member. I don't know who the rude receptionist was when I was waiting on Zoeys initial results but I'm not letting her lack of compassion bother me when everyone else was very kind there. Thank you to everyone who helped my family and I through this hard time.

I'd give more stars for Dr. Jay had his staff not been rude to me. I brought my dog here because she was here before and I remembered how Dr. Jay sat on the floor with her the first time he saw her.
