About Northwest Animal Hospital
Northwest Animal Hospital is designed with patients in mind, offering a spacious lobby, modern exam rooms, and a clean and odor-free environment. The hospital has a wonderful backyard for dogs to exercise while boarding. For convenience, they carry a variety of pet products, including prescription foods and dental products. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and provides great communication, making clients feel at ease. They take the time to explain procedures, immunizations, and medications, including a price breakdown. Scheduling appointments and calling in prescriptions is easy. The hospital has helped pets recover from illnesses, such as bacterial skin infections, when other vets couldn't. They perform necessary testing to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment. Prices are minimal, and the staff helps find ways to make medications more affordable. The team is always professional, friendly, and interested in animals not being anxious, whether at the desk, with technicians, or vets. Clients appreciate the compassionate and understanding care provided, especially during difficult times such as when pets pass away. Overall, Northwest Animal Hospital provides excellent care and service, making it a trusted and recommended choice for pet owners.
If Norman Rockwell painted a vet clinic, this would be it. Empathetic, engaged, cordial, efficient, fast, responsive. From start to finish, round after round. Even if you're an established patient at another clinic, consider giving this one a shot.
Can not say enough about how much I love this vet. I have brought 2 of my babies here so far and got prompt and empathetic service every single time. Their prices are reasonable and you have the ability to communicate with them via text (which makes the whole process so much more accessible for my neurodivergent self).
All the staff are awesome. My dog is nervous when he goes to the Vet but they do a wonderful job with calming music and the way they handle my big guy Thor. I stayed on after Covid hit and the practice was sold and I have nothing but good things to say.
