I was so worried about my Nala baby's first visit with Dr. Ott, but Morgan, Emily, and Dr. Ott made Nala feel welcomed and took gentle care with her. This vet hospital has vets that definitely have a lot of expertise. With my 2 cats I have met with several of them and all were respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to not only explain things well, but allowed me time to decide on treatment options. Their prices might not be the lowest but for the expert care they provide they're definitely worth every penny and I've been to more expensive vets that rushed through visits and didn't take the time to respectfully explain things and answer all my questions.
