Erin Sanford will always be the attorney to whom I refer anyone needing assistance with the administration of an estate. Erin Sanford was appointed administer of my father’s estate when he passed. She worked tirelessly for the past two years managing the estate and fighting FOUR lawsuits against the estate from his ex-wife/my mother (Roni Scammell). She worked seamlessly with our realtor to sell the house which wasn’t an easy task. She was very patient with me and explained all the legal processes involved.
