Nails Pro is a salon located in Polaris mall. It's very convenient and they rarely have a wait. I find them to be very accommodating and friendly and typically do a great job. The one time I left with my nails not dry all the way and they put my socks on too fast and my nails were smudged they were quick to fix them even if it was inconvenient. The only thing I would comment on is the price which I suppose is for the convenience. There is a salon close to where I live in Dublin but there is often a wait that you can get a gel pedicure for a about $20 less and the quality is a little better. Ambiance is nice though and they always offer water.

It was an okay experience- staff were polite and professional, but communication wasn’t the best. However, today I was getting a gel manicure, and I was not supposed to be given fake nails, and I was given fake nails due to the fact that my fingernails were a lot shorter. I love the color of my nails, but I don’t do fake nails because they are a lot harder to deal with. You can’t just forcibly make clients get fake nails when they don’t want them, especially when anyone’s nails are shorter than others and make judgments on whether they should have fake nails or not, that is the customers decision to make. I went to Nail Pro to get my first set of acrylic nails. Todd was very polite & helped me understand the process as well as the upkeep. He did really well with not nicking the skin with tools unless he was distracted by new guests or other employees. Friday is the best time to go in my opinion. I’ve never had to wait even though I’m a walk-in. I had my polish on for 3 weeks & it did not chip. I’m a truck driver so I have heavy use with my hands. I’m my opinion, give them a chance.
