Mount Carmel Urgent Care - Gahanna

It was perfect. It is near my home. You are the same medical group as my doctor.There was a very short wait. The RN explained the problem I was having and knew the meds I needed. She wrote the scripts and I was able to get the meds that afternoon. My problem is going away day by day. I fee pretty good now.

I developed an eye infection that came up quickly. I went to the Hamilton Rd office and didn’t realize they closed at 8 o’clock. I showed up at 7:57 and offered to go somewhere else since they were closing and they still took me in and thankfully treated my condition. They were professional, and I was out of the office very quickly with a prescription. I thank the staff for helping me get a quick resolve to my problem. This was my fourth visit to this office and will certainly not be my last when I need urgent care.

Walked in at 11:45am, checked in, was taken back, nurse checked my vitals and Dr. Taylor was quick, efficient, pleasant, and wasted no time filling the prescriptions I needed to start feeling better. If everyone’s experience with the doctors office was like this one, no one would have any complaints.
