“Oh my gosh! I have been going here for years and I’ve always had a great experience. I lost track of time and 2 years went by… so when I realized I was like I need to go in like yesterday! They got me in so quickly, I saw Stephanie for the first time and she was so great! She was so warm, so friendly, and super knowledgeable. I told her about my goals for my face and my lips. I got Botox in my forehead, between the brows, and the crows feet around my eyes. Absolutely fabulous, she explained everything and was very gentle. Then the lips! I have always wanted my upper lip bigger, to be more symmetrical with my lower lip. I’ve always had people put filler in my bottom lip and my top, but the top was just never as symmetrical as I hoped for. So Stephanie did something totally different, she focused on my top lip, she told me her ideas and they sounded like everything I’d been wanting! She was so gentle and had a great bed side manner. My lip looks amazing! I can’t wait until it fully heals, I am going to rule the world with these lips. Hahaha seriously though I couldn’t be happier! The front desk staff, the nurses, the doctor, the office, all wonderful! I know there are locations a lot closer to where I live but I drive out to Gahanna because I love this team and they do such good work. Even after being gone for 2 years they made me feel like I was a regular again. Can’t say enough great things about The Skin Center in Gahanna!“

Marquise specifically was amazing, during the tour I mentioned I had just left the gym and Marquise had recommended services that you’ll offer for my recovery because it was leg day. “I have been here periodically for facials and recently came back in to try a micro needling service. This was my first time and I was a bit hesitant having never had it done before. The nurse I worked with was Rose and she was very helpful with answering all of my questions And making sure I felt comfortable the entire time throughout the service. They applied a numbing cream so that it wouldn't feel as uncomfortable. It was definitely bearable and she was checking in with me the entire time. So far the aftercare and process after the service are Exactly how she described. They also provided me with an aftercare card so I would not forget anything. So far so good waiting to see the results in a few days!“

“I had a chin implant, neck liposuction, and Botox injected into my masseter muscles a few months ago and forgot to post a review. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive and embarrassed to undergo cosmetic procedures as a male and initially worried that the plastic surgeon’s office would be an intimidating environment for me. I was already insecure and it took a lot for me to confidently decide that I wanted these procedures. Dr. Nogan and shatti NP, alongside their office staff, were excellent. The office staff knew my name and small details about me, which immediately helped relax me and made me feel welcomed. This was such a big deal for me. Shatti also has one of the most keen eyes I’ve ever seen and immediately observed my concern and knew how to address it, with such high skill. I can’t emphasize this enough - she is such an expert at spotting facial imbalances and knowing exactly where to safely inject Botox. I never once felt afraid and knew I was in safe, competent hands. She also has a warm bedside manner and a positive joking mood which makes you feel secure and at home. Finally Dr. Nogan is one of the most humble, incredibly skilled, and patient-centered surgeons I have ever met. I never felt rushed and felt that I could fully elaborate on my concerns - but more importantly, knew that my concerns would be validated and considered. Dr. Nogan also has such a unique and warm personality- you feel like you’re talking to your best friend and can talk to him openly without embarrassment.
