What a great experience! Timely communication and excellent customer service. Oswaldo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely respectful of our home and treated it like it was his own. We had Juan Ortiz do a complete cleaning of air duct system and he also cleaned our dryer vent. He was extremely thorough and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him and Lowe's Air Duct cleaning.

Javier was scheduled between 10 and 12 and called about 9:45 to let us know he was on his way. He estimated it would take him about two hours to do both the dryer vent cleaning and the duct cleaning. It was almost exactly two hours. He took both before and after pictures. He found a bird's nest in the dryer vent, cleaned it and the mess it made when he removed it. Have already recommended him to my neighbor.
