The team at the LL Flooring on Morse Rd Columbus, Ohio is absolutely amazing. From the sales guys to the guys who loaded my vehicle, to the manager. I am female who did the install by myself. Every question or concern I had pertaining to the install was answered. The manager took the time to demonstrate for me how to connect the flooring without damaging the finish as I had destroyed a few of my boards... with their wonderful care and guidance... I am proud to say I have a beautiful floor and I did it myself. Thank you Matthew (M), Jordan (ASM) and Aldashawn (SPS)... you guys are awesome.

I have really enjoyed the floors I got from here. However more recent trips the guys behind the counter have been absent minded to put it nicely. I would floors from them again but I think I will visit a different location when I do.

This is the second time I have used the Morse Rd Lumber Liquidators for my flooring needs. Both times the staff has been friendly and very helpful with answering my questions and at no time did they try to upsell me. I value shopping experiences in which I am informed and not pressed into buying something other than what I want.
