Sales staff was superb, explaining and recommending. However, the estimator overshot by two full batches of vinyl planks, which I had to pay for. The installers did a great job, cleaning up everything before they left. The new floors are beautiful!!!!

I personally had an excellent experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff who also seemed eager to be helpful. I can say with certainty the store is not commission based so there is no strong arm here… It’s a place with good financing options, relatively wide selection of solid woods and other engineered and vinyl plank coverings. Worth a visit!
