They have a good choice of frames. What made the experience a 5 star for me was Patience. She is so easy to work with. Very helpful and sweet. She made sure any issues I had were resolved with no worries or stress on my part.
I've been visiting JCPENNEY optical for years and will continue with my family. The staff here are more than willing to help when choosing glasses and Dr. Bowen is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have taken the time to know my family, work patiently with my children, and gain our trust. We love the staff at this location and will be back again next year when we are due for eye exams again.
Date of Visit: August 9, 2022.This is my and my spouse's second visit to JCPenny Optical and both times we were attended to by Patience Jegbefume, Optical Manager. Each time the Optical Manager was prompt, professional and pleasant. The first visit was for my spouse to order new eye glasses and for my having new prescription lenses made and installed in existing frames. Our experience with Patience Jegbefume assures that JCPenney will be, for the immediate future, our source for optical needs. My spouse and I are very pleased with out eyeglasses.
