How great to find a company not out to just make money. I was able to talk to a real person when I called. What a relief. I was given excellent advice over the phone regarding the filing of back tax forms and an upcoming hearing. I was not pressured to come in for further advice or tax help, but was actually advised to go to a local tax preparer and that my issue did not require hiring or paying attorney fees.
